the server you are on RN with me is called ponce servers where the gameplaay is adjusted to be more realistic

but im not telling what you shoudl do or not

if its your first time playing thes game overall i think PONCE servers are not the way my friend

try to fill in empty spots on the ice rink

and for getting better overall just get comfortable handling the puck and not puck chase the whole game
